HG Shopper Returns Policy

HGShopper values our customer relationships and aim to maximize your shopping experience. If you have any issues with any product purchased at HGShopper, you are welcome to return to our online store. For more information, please see below:

  1. Defective – For issues with defective items, please contact HGShopper customer service at hgsorders@hgshopper.com within 5 days of order receipt and show proof of defective item. If item is found to be defective, HGShopper will send a replacement item right away. If product is found to be in good shape, customer will be subject to Buyers Remorse return policy. For exchange item, please place new order through HGShopper.com.
     
  2. Buyers Remorse – For returns related to buyers remorse, please contact HGShopper customer service at hgsorders@hgshopper.com within 5 days of order receipt. Customer must then ship item back to HGShopper for full refund of product sale price less 15% restocking fee. For exchange item, please place new order through HGShopper.com.
     
  3. Inaccurate Shipment – For returns related to inaccurate shipments, please contact HGShopper customer service at hgsorders@hgshopper.com within 5 days of order receipt and show proof of inaccurate shipment. Customer must then ship item back to HGShopper for full refund of total order amount (product cost plus fright) and return freight and HGShopper will send the accurate item. For exchange item, please place new order through HGShopper.com.
